NEW VIDEO from Killer Tone Jones RIP CURL PEARL

Planet X let loose a new video to promote the current EP by Killer Tone Jones. Rip Curl Pearl is from the EP Bombora out now on CD, Download and streaming.
The track is dedicated to 1960s surfer Pearl Turton. Pearl was born in Surrey England and moved to Australia where she became a surfing champion in the 60s. She was an early pin up for surfers and featured in classic films and magazines of the time.

In a world dominated by men she was a pioneer and forced her way through to the top!
Planet X say that ‘ Bombora is an EP all about surf legends and the music scene at the time’ the EP also contains tributes to Jack O’Neill ‘Big Fat Jack’s Shack’ and Dick Dale ‘Tiki Beat’ as well as a soundtrack for surfing ‘ Drums of The Dead’
